Individual Experiences of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

People decide to speak to a psychotherapist for all kinds of reasons; sometimes it is because relationships with others are difficult sometimes it’s because a person feels they have lost meaning within themselves or their lives, always its because they are suffering in some way. Being listened to when speaking about oneself can be really helpful.
